We had a water heater installed in 2014, but it failed today in 2026 and called Discount Plumbing. They sent a young man named Carlos, he installed a new water heater, a 50-gallon Bradford White brand, which looks better than the 40-gallon Rheem that he replaced. Carlos was smart, knowledgeable, and very polite. Ask for him if you can, he was wonderful. I was so impressed, I wrote his name on the side of the new water heater in case I need service down the road. I highly recommend Carlos he did a fantastic job!!

Ricardo was so thorough and completely resolved our Plumbing crisis. He helped us understand what had happened and how we might avoid this particular problem in the future. He also took a look at some other areas we were having more minor issues and suggested some easy fixes. I appreciate that he was able to come by quickly and that he did a good job of cleaning up after the work. We have used him twice in the past and want to hesitate to call again in the future.

Discount Plumbing has completed three jobs for us in the past month and have been amazing at each one of them! We had a major sewage project completed in a timely manner due to tree root intrusion. From assessment to project completion, the crew provided great service and results. We also had two separate projects where Ryan C. helped move our water heater and replace our pilot when it went out. They are fast and professional, and scheduling the service was very easy. We will keep using Discount Plumbing in the future as our dedicated plumbers!

We had a clogged outdoor P-trap drain pipe, and Carlos G quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended snaking the drain to clear it before the next heavy rainfall. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very satisfied with his service, and the drain is now flowing freely again. Discount Plumbing also gave a 1 month warranty on the snaking performed.

I live in Hawaii, and my mom who lives in San Francisco called me in a panic because her hot water suddenly stopped working. I reached out to Discount Plumbing, and they immediately sent Kevin to her home. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue with her water heater, and called me to clearly explain the possible solutions.
Kevin kept me updated every step of the way, even sending me photos of the old unit so I could understand what was going on from across the ocean. Once I decided to move forward with a full replacement, he skillfully handled everything, picked up the new water heater, installed it quickly, and followed up with photos of the completed work. Before leaving, he left my mom his business card in case she needed anything else, which gave both of us peace of mind. The payment process was also seamless, they emailed me the invoice so I could take care of it directly, which was great because I didn’t want my mom to have to deal with any of it.
